Accredited Rural & Business Specialists Ltd (R&BS) was established in 2004 with a single goal in mind: to help farm, rural and equestrian businesses secure the best funding solutions for their mortgage needs. Our directors, Rob Lister and Jim Richards, founded the company after recognizing the difficulties their clients faced in accessing suitable mortgage products.
