He has also sat on the Bank of England Advisory Panel for Suffolk, advising on market conditions in East Anglia.

The Mortgage Key provides advice on a range of products to help with the purchase and protection of your home. We can offer advice on mortgages from the whole of market, together with related protection and insurance products. As a whole of market consultancy, we are able to access products in the Residential, Re-mortgage sectors, ensuring that clients are offered the best available packages suitable to their own individual circumstances.

Our services include:

• A free initial meeting at a time and place convenient to you
• Collection of the necessary information and documentation
• A discussion of your long-term financial objectives
• Search of the whole market for your suitable products
• Advice on the most suitable/appropriate deals and lenders for your consideration
• Agreement on terms of business
• Obtain an Agreement in Principle from the lender for you
• Completion of your full mortgage application
• Source a conveyancer
• Review of all related insurances
• Guidance on will writing if required

Our Fees

There is no charge for our initial meeting to discuss your mortgage requirements. We charge a non-refundable flat fee to arrange a mortgage of 385.00, which is payable on application. We also receive a procuration fee from the lender on completion of the mortgage.

We charge a non-refundable fee of 385 payable on mortgage application and 125 may be payable on initial meeting depending on your circumstances.
